Performed a jurisdictional wetland delineation, wrote a wetland delineation report and prepared a mitigation plan on approximately 40 acres for the construction of a new water line and access road. This was a beautiful wetland very lush, lots of fish and birds. KES also completed a Streamtype Modification form through the Department of Natural Resources. Provided expert testimony at the Reasonable Use Hearing for the project.
