Performed a Mazama Pocket Gopher Recon and it was determined to that a full survey will be required and a Habitat Management Plan written. A complete survey and Habitat Management Plan was performed in June of 2010. Comcast is planning on building a new central hub to provide service to the Capitol Complex, out to Hoquiam and Chehalis. KES provided expert testimony at the two Reasonable Use Hearings, which Comcast ended up winning.
