Reviewed a wetland delineation report preformed by another consultant because the wetland buffers from the wetlands on the adjacent property were impacting the clients property. KES’s performed a wetland rating on the two wetlands and determined that the ratings were wrong and instead of being Class III wetlands, the adjacent wetlands should have been Class IV wetlands. Performed jurisdictional wetland delineation and wrote delineation report.
Performed a jurisdictional wetland on the property for the construction of a new storage facility.
