Performed a Critical Area Recon and wrote a letter of findings to the county. Completed a Shoreline Exemption Permit. The wetland occurred on the adjacent property, but the required buffer extended onto the project site. With the Shoreline Exemption Permit the client was able to build his garage closer to the ocean.
