Provide a trail & stair design down to the beach and float out in Pickering Passage. Trying to avoid any of the critical areas. KES will flag the trail alignment, flag critical areas and complete all required permits. The required permits are the Mason County Environmental Permit, JARPA, Shoreline Exemption, and SEPA. KES worked with the contractor to locate the best route for the
trail. This is a very long skinny, steep parcel and the layout for the trail was quite challenging.
