Performed a critical area assessment and provided a letter of findings, on acres, where the Grays Harbor Water District #1 water reservoirs are being proposed.
Performed a jurisdictional wetland delineation, wrote a wetland report and prepared a mitigation plan on two parcels approximately 1.42 acres in size for the installation of three new water tanks.
Provided expert witness testimony for Reasonable Use Hearing. Project was approved by the Hearings Board.
