Performed a critical area recon on a 12.35 acre parcel to see if there was an area to provide access into the site and to check for streams and wetlands. It was determined that a driveway to provide access into the site could be done and that the site does contain streams and wetlands. If the project moves forward a full jurisdictional wetland delineation and report and a OWHL determination made for the streams, will be performed. A small single family residence is being proposed for the site.
