KES performed a critical recon and wrote a letter of findings. Two critical areas were found to occur onsite. The Humptulips River which forms the western property line for the parcel and a Category II wetland which forms the eastern property line. KES will provide expert testimony at the Reasonable Use Hearing that will be required for this project. We were successful in obtaining the Reasonable Use Permit.
