Performed a Critical Area Recon for wetlands and for a Bald Eagles nest. Wrote a letter of findings to the county stating that the proposed home and septic were completely outside of the onsite wetland and wetland buffers and would not impact the wetland. WDFW PHS showed that there was an Bald Eagles nest onsite. KES carefully looked for the nest and could not find it and then consulted with WDFW to confirm with them that the nest did not exist.
