Performed a critical area recon and wrote a letter of findings to the county. After KES reviewed the site, the project can now be totally built in the uplands avoiding 213 cubic yards of fill and mitigation on the adjacent wetland. By avoiding the fill, KES was able to save the client thousands of dollars and a hard permitting road. Provided expert testimony for reasonable use hearing. We were successful in obtaining the Reasonable Use Permit.
