This is a Family Forest Fish Passage Program (FFFPP), which is a program to help small forest landowners replace their fish barriers. We are replacing a 30 inch culvert with a 24 inch outfall and a large plunge pool, with a 9 foot fish passage culvert. Construction will take place in the summer of 2011. KES provided permitting, culvert assessment, and culvert design. KES will also be providing construction oversight.
