HATHAWAY PARK BOAT RAMP PERMITTING

The City of Washougal replaced an old concrete plank boat ramp. The ramp had become a hazard to boat trailers and trucks. Some of the old planks were broken and out into the river. KES did the permitting (JARPA) and worked closely with WDFW to receive the Hydraulic Project Approval (HPA). KES also wrote a BE for the Corps for this project.
